Congratulations to Mo Tabatabaee on his new book, “From Calculations to Design Leadership”

We’re delighted to share a personal milestone for one of our own. Mo Tabatabaee, MEP Consultant at D-For, has just published his first book, From Calculations to Design Leadership, a practical handbook for MEP and public health engineers on managing assumptions, risk, coordination and specialist interfaces through to project closure.

The book grew out of MEP Today, Mo’s personal educational project built around sharing the kind of hard-won, practical insight that only comes from 25+ years of real project experience. It’s a natural extension of the same instinct that makes Mo such a valuable member of our team – taking complex technical decisions and making them clear enough for a whole project to act on.

That instinct is exactly what D-For clients rely on, and it’s why we’re proud to back Mo publicly. We’re pleased to share that D-For and Mo are developing a seminar for architects later this year, drawing on the themes in the book, to help our architectural partners better understand the decisions and trade-offs behind MEP design. Details will follow as they’re confirmed.
