We Design For… team members were employed by the client to carry out a site wide survey of the Dubai Mall of the Emirates and advise on air quality and thermal comfort monitoring and improvements to existing systems.

Our report recommended actions required to ensure compliance with local and contractual regulations with specific regard to improved standards of Indoor Air Quality and Thermal Comfort.

Additionally, the team worked witrh the property management team and their clients with the intention of supporting the provision of exemplary services within the fields of health and wellbeing to further cement their position as market leaders in the Middle East and increase their buildings occupants monetary returns associated with occupant satisfaction, increased productivity and reduced absenteeism.
